We’re lucky enough to have a fireplace in our home. It’s not functional (at the moment, although we are looking at getting this done). But even if it’s not working, it’s great as a focal point in our lounge. And of course it lends itself for adding decorations for every season. And this year I’m re-using a lot of our previous projects to decorate our mantle for this year’s fireplace decor.
As well as throwing in a few new ones here and there too!

You will recognize these cute little bunnies from our dresser last year! This year they are taking center stage as part of our fireplace decor.
The metal tub came from The Range last year and I added some flowers from our local Garden Centre as part of the focal point. You can find similar ones here.
To fill out the space I added some small plants (you can find them HERE) and some height with the candle sticks (a find on Facebook Marketplace a few years ago!)

In the actual fireplace I normally have this coal scuttle turned planter. It looked completely different before – you can see the makeover of this project right here.

Our little Hip Hop sign we made earlier this year and I think looks great with the bright colours.
The vase was also a DIY project. It was an old vase that had a “hobnail” make-over – who knew it was only a £3 find? Head over to the details on the make-over right here.

One of the larger bunnies is hiding in a lantern that is waiting to go outside as soon as we get some half decent weather to enjoy on the patio! She’s changed her dress a bit this year, but you can find her HERE!
The lovely pink flower bunny wreath from last year adds some more colour to the display.
And how about these these adorable Easter gonks?! I saw them in The Range and couldn’t resist getting them! I can’t see them on line though, so make sure to check out your local store!

Here’s the view from our sofa. I know it’s a LOT of colour (and probably not at all Insta worthy!) 😉 .. but I love it!

You can find the male version of the bunny right here.
